PHILIPSBURG:--- Former Member of Parliament and former Minister of VROMI Theodore Heyliger was taken to the Sint Maarten Medical Center (SMMC) on Thursday afternoon, where he was admitted.
SMN News understands that Heyliger had been experiencing pain and was taken to a doctor on Thursday morning. He was subsequently transported to SMMC for further medical attention and admission.
Up to the time of publication, neither the Pointe Blanche Prison Services nor Heyliger’s family had issued an official statement regarding his condition or the circumstances surrounding his hospitalization.
