PHILIPSBURG:--- NV GEBE regrets to inform the public of temporary power interruptions that are currently taking place in several areas today, April 18, 2024.
During a scheduled assessment of the Interface Server base System conducted by Overseas Technicians from the Engine Manufacturer, unforeseen technical connectivity issues arose. While the overseas technician was addressing the issue, it led to the automatic halting of several production units within the power plant, which led to power outages in several areas.
While we are actively addressing and resolving these issues, we understand the inconvenience this may have caused our customers, and we apologize for any disruptions to their daily activities.
Our team is diligently working to restore full functionality to our power generation systems and minimize any further impact on our community's power supply. We appreciate the patience and understanding of our customers and assure them that we are making every effort to expedite the resolution process.
