MARIGOT:--- A 32-year-old scooter rider lost his life Friday night in an accident that occurred in the vicinity of Rancho de Sol in Orient Bay. Information provided to SMN News states that the accident occurred around 8:pm. A scooter that was leaving French Quartier collided with a small truck that was heading towards French Quarter. Early reports are that the 32- year old rider was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident. The Gendarmes are presently conducting an investigation into the deadly accident.
