In light of this potentially active period, the Ministry of Public Housing, Spatial Development, and Infrastructure (VROMI) is inviting all general contractors and heavy equipment owners interested in partaking in the Hurricane Cleanup , which includes the 'Before and After the Storm' time period, to attend an informative meeting on Wednesday, June 27 at the Ministry of VROMI located in the Savance Building (The Yellow Building ).
In the meeting, which begins at 9am, information will be given on the preparation for the Hurricane season 2012. It is also requested that the contractors and heavy equipment owners bring along their equipment lists, crib number of their company and contact information in the event the Ministry needs to call on contractors both before and/or after the storm or in case of an emergency.
Present at the meeting will be Operations Manager Edelmiro Jansen and Project Manager Mr. Hensley Kwidama.
