PHILIPSBURG:--- Michael Dijkhoff and Julian Lake will both have to spend 8 days each in pretrial detention. Dijkhoff the department head of government ICT was arrested on Tuesday, October 13th 2020, while Julian Lake was arrested on Friday, October 2nd, 2020 as prosecutors continue the Seabass probe.
However, the two suspects the son and sister of Dijkhoff namely Mitchel Dijkhoff and Madelon Dijkhoff have both been released on Friday confirmed the spokesman for the Prosecutors Office.
At the moment Julian Lake has been transferred to the Pointe Blanche Prison while Dijkhoff is held at the Police Holding Cells in Philipsburg.
