PHILIPSBURG:--- The Department of Culture within the Ministry of Education, Culture, Youth, and Sport (MECYS) will host a meeting for the Creative Industries Forum (CIF) on Thursday, December 5, 2019, at the Government Administration Building, Room 1 & 2, Ground Floor in Philipsburg from 5.30 – 8.30 PM.
This meeting is organized in follow-up to last year’s CIIEF (Creative Industries Interactive Exchange Forum).
The topics at this meeting will be the Artist Awards, the Artists Guild, Incidental Subsidies, the Orange Economy and Professionalization and the Creative Industries’ Database.
The goal of the meeting is to inform those active in the Creative Industries about the state of affairs of the different topics and the global planning for 2020 of the Culture Department with regard to the Creative Industries.
