PHILIPSBURG:--- On July 18th 2018, a man filed an official complaint with the Detective Department stating that on July 7th while driving through the Fort Willem area unknown persons fired several shots at the vehicle he was driving. Detectives are presently investigating this case. His vehicle had some damaged as a result of the shooting. The vehicle in question was later confiscated by detectives to collect evidence. An investigation at the scene of the incident was also conducted.
