"It is with profound sorrow that I learned the passing of Mrs. Anaïs GOMBS, mother of Thierry GOMBS, Deputy General Director of our Collectivity. I extend my heartfelt condolences to the members of her family, on my own behalf and on behalf of the members of the Territorial Council of Saint-Martin.
Mrs. Anaïs was not only a loving and devoted mother, but she was also at the service of our community for many years. She first worked at the Mairie, then at the administration of the Marigot Hospital. Though she was retired for quite a while, she remained active and present for her community. She will leave a great void in our hearts. My thoughts and all our support accompany the GOMBS family to go through this difficult time."
