This course will ensure that individuals interested in pursuing or who are currently in the hospitality industry receive the opportunity to successfully and competitively compete for managerial positions in St. Maarten and on surrounding islands. Often time’s organizations recruit managers from off islands, leaving professionals born and raised in the Caribbean with no opportunities to advance to managerial level positions. SCELL is determined to remove that obstacle and prepare local managerial candidates with the right educational tools & courses, professionalism, and knowledge to apply, gain and achieve their goal of becoming a manager in fruitful, growing organizations on their motherland.
