CAY HILL:--- The first of several major developments taking place at the Mary’s Fancy estate, as part of the projections being formulated for future use of the estate, are proceeding according to plans. This according to the general pension fund administrator, APS, owners of the estate since 2014.
Persons driving or walking past the estate are already noticing that the estate continues to undergo a transformation, following a recent official launch of the project works.
One of the first visible changes has been the start of the upgrade of the adjacent trench, where a backhoe has been clearing out silt and other sediment as part of the deepening and widening process.
APS has been advocating the realization of activities identified under specific smaller projects which form part of a total approach with regards to the Mary’s Fancy restoration initiative. This latest ongoing widening of the trench is one such project being developed, engineered and executed.
