The St Martin Evolution Toastmasters Club was sponsored by TM Alicia Seaton (who is also a member), and the late TM Claudine Bide who was Clubs’ first President a position she held for two consecutive years. These members laid the groundwork for this great organization and helped brought it to what it is today. TM Bide did an awesome job and was a great inspiration to many. TM Claudia January also a chartered member, has served on the Executive board since its inception and is a very dedicated member who always strive for excellence.
As a member of Toastmasters TM Vernicia said “joining Toastmasters allowed me to be more confident in meetings; express myself clearly and is capable of defending my views with ease. Through the training received, I learn to pay keen attention to others when speaking, and allow them to express their views. The Toastmasters organization helped me to gain confidence and unlock my potentials.” TM Vernicia would like everyone to consider this quote from Napoleon Hill “if you cannot do great things, do small things in a great way”.
