SIMPSON BAY:--- On Tuesday, May 6, 2014, during a combined operation between customs and the police (KPSM) at the PJIA airport an amount of about 100 kilograms of cocaine was seized. The cocaine was spread in three suitcases on an Insel Air flight from Curacao to Santa Domingo. After the confiscation of the suitcases, two suspects were arrested and taken into custody: a man of 61 years old and a woman of 30 years old. The suspects are from Bonaire and Santa Domingo. An investigation has been started and due to this investigation no further information can be disclosed.
