PHILIPSBURG:---  Minister of Tourism, Economic Affairs, Transport & Telecommunications Hon. Claret Connor, received a visit from five time pageant winner Dshnay Mathew York, who is preparing to clinch her sixth title at the Ms Dutch Caribbean Islands pageant in Saba.
