PHILIPSBURG:--- The Detective Department between April 29th and May 2nd, 2014 has received more than a dozen reports of stolen 2014 license plates which were taken from the rear of the vehicles. The majority of these license plates were stolen in the Philipsburg and Cay Hill area during the Carnival festivities. An investigation is ongoing to locate the culprits responsible for this act.
