All those who work in this dedicated and skilled law enforcement agency known as the Police Force of Sint Maarten, are truly the guardians of the safety of our citizens and our visitors.
Their vigilance and care for over 50 years, has earned them the deep gratitude and high respect of young and old, resident or visitor.
We have a proud policing tradition over the past 50-years up to 2012. Since October 10, 2010, when the Police Force of Sint Maarten was established, the staff and management have played an influential role in shaping the Police Force of Sint Maarten over the past 24-months.
To the men and women in our law enforcement agencies, let me conclude by expressing my appreciation to all personnel, past and present, for their contributions to the vision of keeping Sint Maarten as safe as possible for all our people despite the many challenges.
