busby1Philipsburg:------ The executive council is expected to issue a letter to the operators of Busby Beach Bar Daniel Jurczenko as early as next week on their decision to incorporate a vending license in his existing restaurant license, so says head of Economic Affairs Patricia Phillips. The department head said that they already sent an advice to the executive council on how to proceed with the matter. Phillips said the two vendors who have indefinite licenses to operate on the beach are also expected to get a letter to notify them of the decision taken.

Asked why it took this long for her department or government to response to the businessman request Phillips said since there was an ongoing court case and government normally does not respond while such is taking place. She further explained that she did not know the case was over and the business man she said did not tell her that when he last visited her.
Asked if the department will go ahead with its plans to confiscate the chairs and umbrellas that are sitting on Dawn Beach and owned by Busby Beach Bar, Phillips said that legal affairs is now looking into the matter to see exactly which ordinance the businessman is breaking. "We have to make sure we outline the ordinance if we are going to seize goods or materials. She said he hoped when the operators receive their written notice next week they would not need to go this far.

Daniel Jurczenko has been renting chairs on Dawn Beach for the past 12 years without a vending license. The businessman in an interview with SMN News said every other restaurant that is on beach side is operating the same way he does which is without a vending license. He said that it has been over five years now he has been having constant problems with the two vendors namely Joan Veerwoord and Jean Paul Rousseau whom he said has filed several complaints at Economic Affairs against him.

Daniel has not been renting chairs for 12 years on Dawn beach because he has not been leasing Mr.Busby for that amount of years.
The original Mr.Busby's opened 12 years ago by Mr.Alan Busby did not have a permit for beach chairs, neither did he rent beach chairs.
It is only when Daniel took over the lease for Mr.Busby from landlord Phil Cerami, did he start to rent beach chairs illegally.
Why should Danell get a license for beach chairs? there are already 2 beach and umbrella rentals operating on the beach, they dont serve food and drinks. The economic affairs department is a joke, if he is renting beach chairs illegally, of course he is breaking the law. They should confiscate the chairs.

Daniel and his wife should abide by their christian principles which is to live and let others live. He is selling food and drinks to everyone on the beach. Even to the customers that rent chairs from the two vendors. Why is it that they cannot leave the chairs to the vendors who have a license. This shows that Daniel and Tina thinks they are the only ones who should live. Instead of sharing their bread they are busy taking bread out of people mouth.
A tip for Daniel. if you think you will get a vending license I have news for you. It does not work that way, VENDING LICENSE is for Small Businesses... Not a big fish like you. You are a restaurant operator not a Resort... Go Back to school so you can understand the law here fatso.

All eyes should be on the government and Ms. Patrica Philips from the economic affairs this week. Lets see how long it is going to take them to clean up all illegal activities on the beach.

Ms. Philips, lets see how many times you are going to help an investor like Daniel get what they want.
TIP: Start to help your local people too. One day you will no longer be in that chair. Where and Why is our licenses are not given sooner like your good friend and buddy Daniel? Big Brother Watching You too............................

For all those who like to tell others how to be a christian and to "practise what you preach", here's some simple info. Not because you are a christian or live by the princeples of the Bible, means that you should roll over and play dead! while others try to cut your throat or take away what you have worked hard for! God has given His people the authority to fight and to overcome all soorts of oppositions in this life, spiritually and physically, try reading your Bible before posting ignorant comments. In my opinion this is not about the two unsatisfied, disgruntle ex-employees of Mr Busby's, now vendors, but about finding the true instigators who is behind this confusion. Look at the big cheeses! I never heard of restaurants needing license to rent or even to have beachchairs for their customers. None of the others do. I've worked at several restaurants in the pa*s 8 years. The owners of Mr B's obviously have a business/operation license and don't need a vending license. The right to rent chairs should and could be added to their existing operation license and that should be granted to all restaurants automatically. Without the investors there would be nothing for the locals to fight over, just some gra*s and some shacks! The government should help the locals to build themselves in an honest and lawful way. The right way! So no buying and selling under the table!!!!
