Inspectors from the Inspectorate VSA have started pre-inspections of Carnival booths as can be seen from this picture where they looked at the layout of equipment in the booth. Inspections will continue throughout the two weeks of Carnival. Booth holders, vendors and others can contact the Inspectorate VSA for information about safe food handling by calling 542-2079, 542-2059 or visit the office at Front Street #1, above Diamond Casino.
