Gas Hike this Saturday.

Philipsburg: --- Motor vehicle owners would have to dig deeper into their pockets as of this Saturday. The executive council has adjusted gas prices that would go into effect this Saturday January 30.
Consumers would be asked to pay Naf.1.93 for a litre of unleaded gasoline instead of Naf.1.77, the new price for gasoil Naf1.70 from Naf.1. 55. LPG bulk would now cost Naf.1.40 per pound from Naf.1.35. The new prices for cooking gas have also been increased from Naf. 30.60 to Naf. 35.60 (20lbs) and Naf. 125.00 for (100 lbs) compared to Naf.102.60

We need help January, 29, 2010, 07:42 200.7.37.106 Votes: +1	After the longest month end, gas price is going up again, just the month end when you have to set aside 285.00 guilders for license plate out of your minimun wage, here comes yet another increase, not to mention grocery going up and also our GEBE bills, when will the poor be ever able to save a guilder, Monthly Salary of tax Naf 1600.00 License Plate 285.00 Light/Water 200.00 100 lbs (gas) 125.00 House rent 1350.00 1960.00 over my monthly salary and haven't buy food as yet, and haven't calculate yet for 1.93 per liter gas for the month, somebody have to seriously look into the above sutuation, because it's killing us. Hope the NA will evenly give houses to those in need of cheap rent so we can survive. in St.Maarten it's not possible for single people to live alone, you always have to live with a partner, because cost of apartment and cost of living is sky rocketing. report abuse vote down vote up
