PHILIPSBURG:--- Due to the rapid increase of COVID-19 cases on the island and to further mitigate the spread of the virus, the Bureau Ombudsman will be operating with adjusted hours, until further notice.
Effective Monday 24 August 2020, the Bureau will be open to the public ONLY on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Consultation hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Bureau staff will be working remotely on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Emails regarding complaint cases and general inquiries will be responded to as soon as possible, usually within 3 business days.
