Evidence “Dutch Government Corrupt” With Political Criminal Investigations ; Dutch MP Wilders PVV.

weilders09062019THE HAGUE:--- The persecution of a Dutch parliamentarian because the Dutch government is ' too much on its feet ', is corrupt and a banana republic worthy, "Twittering Wilders Sunday. "This political process must be stopped. A parliamentary survey of the political influence of this process is very much in place.
Geert Wilders ' lawyer revealed this weekend in De Telegraaf that he has evidence that there has been considerable political pressure to prosecute the PVV leader.
Wilders said earlier that justice had misled the judges by not stating that between the then highest boss of the public prosecutor Herman Bolhaar and then Minister of Security and Justice Ivo Opstelten drew up consultations on the persecution. Clearly showing evidence of no separation of powers.
The court did not take part in this but decided in January 2019 that the Bolhaar and the evidence of the alleged influence had to be heard. Lawyer Geert-Jan knots have a statement by a Government official, who recorded in a notarial deed that he heard this from the mouth of then Minister Opstelten of Security and Justice. Commissioned Secretary-General Demmink from the Department went to a consultation with the national leadership of the Public Prosecutor's Office with the mission to prosecute Wilders "because Wilders is too much of a burden and making it difficult".
Opstelten says "Can’t remember nothing". Minister Grapperhaus (Justice and security) did not find a change of political interference after research.
A parliamentary survey is the heaviest means that the second chamber can use to achieve the truth. Witnesses who are summoned are required to appear and stand under oath. This means that they can be prosecuted for perjury if it turns out that they do not speak the truth. The interrogations are also public.
This case, however, should closely be followed by St.Maarten Parliament as well as how investigations find its origins on individuals. St.Maarten Parliament has never formalized or requested any Inquiries but only verbally brings it forward in deliberations. There are currently high profile cases on St.Maarten which resemble the case of Dutch MP Wilders as leader of the PVV.
