PHILIPSBURG:--- The Soualiga Corporate Toastmasters club (SCTMC) made history during their 2019/2020 board elections that took place on Friday, May 24, 2019, as they welcomed their first incoming male president, Mr. Arcides Christina.
Many members came out to cast their votes for the new board who will commence with their new function as per July 1, 2019. The room was filled with so much excitement, as each member gave a speech about their visions for the upcoming year.
The incoming executive board 2019/2020 consists of: Mr. Arcides Christina- President, Ms. Natasha Carty- Vice President Education, Ms. Valeska Laurant- Vice President Membership, Ms. Luduska Dongo- Vice President Public Relations, Mrs. Sharon Fleming Richinsin-Secretary, Mr. Shannon Richardson- Treasurer, Mr. Alfred Leito-Sargeant at arms, and Mrs. Denise Williams Warner-Immediate Past President.
