PHILIPSBURG:--- For the seventh consecutive year, Leadercast, the world’s largest one-day leadership event will be hosted via live simulcast on St. Maarten. Leadercast Live 2019, the first day of VLF’s Leadership Summit, in its second year, will bring nine organizational health experts to one stage to teach attendees the art and science of successful team building.
Day two of the Summit features local experts such as Dr. Tasheena Maccow Thomas of “The Teezan Health and Wellness Center” that specializes in the use of nationally grown herbs and spices aimed at creating a better living and a healthier lifestyle for their clients. And regional health expert the Honourable Priest Kailash of The Great Physician International who has provided healthcare to all members of society and teaches persons how to holistically heal themselves through their thoughts, actions, and foods.
Each year, Leadercast Live dives into leadership issues relevant to today’s leaders to provide solutions and inspiration to help attendees around the globe be better leaders. This year’s theme, Leading Healthy Teams, builds on the overall mission of the event: to fill the world with leaders worth following. Healthy teams yield fulfilled employees, effective collaboration, high organizational engagement, and greater long-term success.

Despite St. Martin’s great attributes as a preferred touristic destination, people are hurting. Our community is fragmented. Young people are frustrated. Families are falling apart. Marriages are failing and divorce is rising. Our communities need hope; tools for restoration and creating lasting and positive change. These challenges are not unique to St. Martin, however, but are felt regionally and internationally as well.
Consequently, the vision of Victorious Living Foundation is to be the leading total-wellness, family, and youth-oriented community service provider, functioning as agents of change in the nation, the region and the world. Victorious Living has impacted and transformed thousands of lives over the past seventeen years with limited human and financial resources. VLF empowers, enlightens and reconciles our local, Caribbean and global communities through emotional, spiritual and socio-economic healing, through workshops, conferences, production of music, publishing of literature, and other avenues to reach their God-given potential.
