Plenary Public session of Parliament about The Kingdom Charter and right of St. Maarten to a full measure of self-government in compliance with the Charter of the United Nations along with various advices.

PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten – The House of Parliament will sit in a Plenary Public meeting on Wednesday, November 7, 2018.
The public meeting is scheduled for 15.00 hrs. in the General Assembly Chamber of the House at Wilhelminastraat #1 in Philipsburg.
The agenda points are:

1. The Kingdom Charter and right of St. Maarten to a full measure of self-government in compliance with the Charter of the United Nations (IS/150/2018-2019 dated October 4, 2018)

(This agenda point was requested by MP S.E. Jacobs, MP W.V. Marlin , nd MP E.J. Doran)

2. Advice concerning the honorable discharge of the current Ombudsman
3. Advice concerning the appointment of the new Ombudsman
4. Advice concerning proposal introduction Regulation staff cabinet of the President of Parliament

Members of the public are invited to the House of Parliament to attend parliamentary deliberations.

The House of Parliament is located across from the Court House in Philipsburg.
