Voices extends condolences to fallen Culture Icons.

voices24052018PHILIPSBURG:--- Our hearts are saddened as St Maarten has lost two of their Icons. Mr. Roy Marlin former MP and Politician and Mr. Roland Bryson “Pa Ben” our Cultural Icon said Founder and President of VOICES Foundation Ms. Nkosazana Esther Illis.
VOICES would like to extend Condolences to both families. Mr. Roy Marlin and Mr. Roland Bryson “Pa Ben” may you rest in Eternal Light and Peace.
St. Maarten and its people have gone through a horrific Hurricane called Irma. Despite this disaster VOICES Team gives gratitude for life and also to be able to host its, Cultural Ancestral Emancipation Day Celebration on July 1 at the Emilio Wilson Park.
This year’s theme is “A Day of Appreciation, Honor and Respect” As customary VOICES Foundation honors persons within the community for their contribution and this year is no exception.
