PHILIPSBURG:--- On Sunday April 22nd the owner of a private vehicle with license plate M-11005 filed a report at the police department stating that his vehicle which was parked on the Clem Labega Square was broken into and that the suspect was still sleeping in the vehicle. On the scene the investigating officers encountered the suspect identified with initials L.P.L. still a sleep in the vehicle. The suspect was arrested on the scene and taken to the police station where he remains for questioning and further investigation.
