The competition seeks to promote and stimulate environmental awareness among students and effectively educate younger generations on the importance of environmental protection.
This year’s competition attracted entries from 16 nations, as you can imagine, it was very difficult for the Member Lines to choose the overall winner in each age category. All the posters received exemplified Caribbean excellence and expressed useful depictions of ways in which to preserve the environment.
This is a competition in which St. Maarten has been participating in for a very long time.
Congratulations to Aziza and Telissa, their art teachers, the Milton Peters College and the Methodist Agogic Centre Browlia Maillard Campus on this great accomplishment.
