Holland America Line returns to the destination on Saturday with ms Koningsdam.

mskoningsdam05012018PORT ST. MAARTEN:--- Holland America Line (HAL), is scheduled to return to the destination on Saturday, January 6 with the cruise ship ms Koningsdam. HAL is another cruise line that is showing its commitment to the destination by returning after St. Maarten demonstrated back in December that it is open for business.
Holland America Line plans to call in Philipsburg, St. Maarten, once more with Koningsdam on March 10, as well as six times with ms Eurodam and once with ms Nieuw Amsterdam this season. ms Eurodam begins calling at the destination on January 11 and ms Nieuw Amsterdam calls on February 21. ms Eurodam came into service in 2008 and has a passenger complement of 2,104. The ms Nieuw Amsterdam was launched in 2010 and has a passenger complement of 2,106.
The ms Koningsdam is part of HALs pinnacle class and came into service in April 2016. It has a gross tonnage of 99,500 and has a passenger complement of 2,650. The ship was constructed at the Fincantieri shipyards, and is the newest and largest ship to be built for HAL.
