Philipsburg:--- The court of first instance will be a busy place on Wednesday as Devin Otto is going to stand trail for the brutal murder of Stanley Orlando Gumbs. Gumbs was an employee of the Census Office who was killed on March 31 2008 in the vicinity of Fefe’s Bar. The young man was found with several gunshot wounds in his car. Otto has been in police custody for several crimes including the murder of Gumbs.
