SIMPSON BAY:--- On Saturday, October 28, 2017, Training Professionals International announced that they will be facilitating a discounted accredited Job Readiness course during its rescheduled First Annual St. Maarten Customer Service Week scheduled for November 27 – December 1, 2017 in partnership and hosted by the Holland House.
TPI is the founder of the First Annual St. Maarten Customer Service Week. The event was scheduled in early September but was postponed due to Hurricane Irma. The Customer Service Week “sold out” and participants from many of the neighboring islands were registered to attend including many of St. Maarten businesses. Due to the Hurricane TPI has expanded their accredited course offerings and has made more seats available for additional persons interested in attending.
The latest addition to the course schedule is the accredited Job Readiness course. The course will begin with a motivational presentation facilitated by Dr. Natasha Gittens and she will personally deliver all courses, as her personal gift to the unemployed people of St. Maarten.
Gittens stated, “I have advised my team that we will offer the 3-Hour accredited course at a discounted price of $50.00 per person. I guarantee, participants will walk away with practical jobs skills, an introduction to entrepreneurship, sales techniques and adopt a renewed attitude, prepared to apply, interview and research potential job opportunities and most importantly gain employment.
A business is not only a part of the community when things are fruitful and abundant. A true business and its leader(s) are actively involved when the people of that country need them the most. TPI realizes that we must take the initiative to assist in the job market renewal of St. Maarten and must get the ball rolling proactively. The First Annual St. Maarten Customer Service Week is a move in the right direction as we all anticipate the first Cruise Ships returning in December.
My team and I are committed to following up with each attendee and providing ongoing counseling for thirty days after the course, to support his/her job search at no charge.
