POND ISLAND:--- TelEm Group takes another step towards regular opening hours by opening its doors to the public from 8.30 am until 4:30 pm each day starting Tuesday, October 10th.
Last week, opening hours to the general public was 9:00 am until 3:30 pm at the company’s main location on Pond Island and also at its Bush Road location, at Grand Marche. The Simpson Bay location remains closed until further notice.
Personnel has meantime been instructed to begin work from 8:00 am until 5.00 pm instead of the regular start of 7:30 am. TelEm Group Cashiers will close to the public at 3:30 pm while Customer Service will close to the public at 4:30 pm.
TelEm Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mr. Kendall Dupersoy says TelEm Group remains resolute in its efforts to return to normal operation as soon as possible however personnel still experiencing difficulties because of personal damage and loss from the passing of Hurricane Irma and Hurricane Maria can speak with the company’s Human Resources & Development Department for special dispensation based on their own personal living situation.
Mr. Dupersoy is meantime advising members of the public to check the local media for further instructions regarding other work hour arrangements for TelEm Group at its main office on Pond Island and also at other TelEm Group locations.
