Still no commercial flights to St. Maarten.

pjiaehurricaneirmadamage07092017AIRPORT:--- The Princess Juliana International Airport (PJIAE) which was damaged by Hurricane Irma on September 6th, 2017 is still not open to commercial flights. PJIAE has been open for relief flights both inbound and outbound but so far it is not yet known when PJAIE will give the green light for commercial flights. Minister of TEATT Melissa Arrindell-Doncher said the management is busy working on a timeline on which the airport could resume its daily operations.
Currently, the marines are working overtime to repair the damages PJIAE sustained during the passing of Irma.
