PHILIPSBURG:--- The judge of Instruction has prolonged the pretrial detention the CEO of A.C Wathey Cruise Facilities for the next 8 days. Mingo appeared before the judge of instruction on Friday. Mark Mingo was arrested as a suspect in the Emerald investigation that involves Checkmate boss Oniel Arrindell.
At the time of the arrest officers from the TBO and RST approached Mingo while he was about to check in at the Princess Juliana International Airport on a flight bound for Washington DC where he had to attend a business meeting.
