MARIGOT:--- The Prefecture of Saint Martin released the official results on Monday, based on a number of votes each of the political parties received they were allotted the following seats.
Team Gibbs 2017 will occupy 18 seats in the Territorial Council.
Alliance for Hope, Justice and Prosperity 4 seats while MVP got 1 seat. Meaning the Territorial Council of Saint Martin will have two oppositions. There were 20,238 inscribed voters, 9,204 persons voted, a mere 45.48% participants, 174 invalid votes with 175 blank votes, bringing the total of valid votes to 8,855.
Team Daniel Gibbs 2017 received 5,695 (64.31%) giving that team some 18 seats
Alliance for Hope, Justice and Prosperity 2,138 (24.15%) votes giving them 4 seats
MVP 1022 (11.54%) votes which gave him 1 seat.
