PHILIPSBURG:--- A male that was kidnapped by three persons at Cote Azure on Wednesday at the hotel has reportedly returned to the Hotel. Police Spokesman Ricardo Henson confirmed that the incident occurred but he has limited information. Henson said police was informed that the victim that was removed from his hotel returned to the hotel by Thursday.
