GREAT BAY Sint Maarten (DCOMM):--- The Ministry of Tourism, Economic Affairs, Traffic and Telecommunications (Ministry TEATT), has made available online the draft legislation that would lead to the establishment of a Consumer Protection Agency.

Go to “Draft Legislation” which is on the left of the page and the file will open up into a PDF downloadable.
The public and organizations will be able to share their comments with the Ministry after reviewing the draft legislation which will be available online for two weeks as of 30 May until 13 June.
