PHILIPSBURG:--- The Permanent Committee of Kingdom Affairs and Inter-Parliamentary Relations (CKAIR), will meet on April 26. The Minister of Justice will be present for the handling of agenda points 3 and 4.
The CKAIR Committee meeting is scheduled for Tuesday at 3.00 pm in the General Assembly Chamber of the House at Wilhelminastraat #1 in Philipsburg.
The agenda points to be discussed are:
1. Approval Decision lists CKAIR Parliamentary Year 2015-2016, no. 9 and 10
2. Incoming documents
3. Voorstel van Rijkswet tot wijziging van de Rijkswet op het Nederlanderschap in verband met het intrekken van het Nederlanderschap in het belang van de nationale veiligheid, met toebehoren (IS/392/2015-2016 d.d. 28 december 2015)
4. Voorstel van Rijkswet tot wijziging van de Paspoortwet in verband met het van rechtswege laten vervallen van reisdocumenten van personen aan wie een uitreisverbod is opgelegd (IS/393/2015-2016 d.d. 28 december 2015)
5. Preparation IPKO and Tripartite June 2016
