Road repairs to start on Soualiga Blvd September 2

GREAT BAY(DCOMM):---  Ministry of Public Housing, Environment, Spatial Development and Infrastructure (Ministry VROMI), announces that road repairs will start September 2 to the badly damaged section of Soualiga Boulevard.

Signage will be erected defining the sections of the road where repairs will take place. The repairs will start on the longest section of Soualiga Boulevard, and this section will be closed for 21 days.

Other sections of the road will be repaired once the aforementioned has been completed.

Soualiga Boulevard is used by heavy trucks that go to the landfill. Drivers of these trucks need to pay keen attention with respect to the road closure as heavy machinery will be used to carry out the necessary repairs.
Motorists and truckers are requested to be observant of traffic signs and other notices indicating the road closure.
Ministry VROMI apologizes for any inconveniences this may cause.
