PHILIPSBURG:--- Detainee C.A.P. from the Point Blanche prison was transferred on Sunday to a prison in the Netherlands. The transfer is related to the recent incidents in the prison in Philipsburg. The transfer is intended to ensure the safety of inmates and the facility. The detainee that was transferred to the Netherlands was involved in several prison fights while being held at the Pointe Blanche Prison. The latest being the shooting which left one prisioner injured.
