So far, 11 nominees have been recognized in the following categories:
Outstanding Environmental Achievement we have Nature Foundation and Dolphin Defenders, Public Media Award we have Jeff Berger, School Teacher of the Year we have Preeti Notani of Learning Unlimited Preparatory School and Betty Laveist-Chittick of Sr. Borgia Elementary School, The Video X Games Foundation and Healing Balm Mission of Love for Outstanding Community Service, Hospitality-Employee of the Year we have Perla Bruney, Hospitality-Supervisor of the Year we have Diana Gumbs and Paul Dip, lastly, not forgetting Hotelier of the Year we have Josette de Randamie.
"We are strongly encouraging the community, our stakeholders, and partners to nominate who they believe deserves to shine," says May Ling Chun who is coordinating this year's event. So keep sending in those nominations to show those hard working individuals some appreciation for their input into our tourism industry.
