Central Committee of Parliament Continues on Thursday about National Ordinances and Initiative Law Labour Contracts.

PHILIPSBURG:--- The Central Committee of Parliament will continue its meeting in a public session on June 14 with respect to changes to national ordinances and the Civil Code.

The meeting will take place on Thursday afternoon at 2:00pm in the General Assembly Chamber of the House of Parliament at Wilhelmina Straat #2.1 in Philipsburg.

The first agenda point was concluded in a June 11 session and it related to a letter to the Council of Ministers dated May 09, 2012 from the Committee of Financial Supervision (CFT).

Members of Parliament will continue their deliberation on the second agenda point, the National Ordinance, with respect to changes to the Stamp Ordinance 1994 as well as other ordinances regarding the introduction of a new identification card and driver's license.

The third agenda point is an initiative draft ordinance which requires changes to the Civil Code Book Seven A, regarding the elimination of misuse of labour contracts.
