Philipsburg – The St. Maarten Carnival Development Foundation (SCDF) is announcing the closing of the registration for booth holders in preparation for Carnival 2010. Stuart Johnson SCDF Vice-president is encouraging all booth holders to meet the deadline, which is February 5th 2010 at 4:30pm.
