Philipsburg:--- The White & Yellow Cross Baby Clinic as of September 1 is under the direct guidance of Youth Health Care within the Collective Preventive Services. The Baby Clinic services have been discontinued at the White & Yellow Cross Building at St. John's Ranch as of September 1 and for the time being will continue to be offered in Madame Estate, Amsterdam Shopping Center #26 on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and in Cole Bay at the Charles Leopold Bell School on Tuesday and Thursday.
