FRENCH QUARTER:--- A young man is currently nursing serious injuries at the Louis Constant Fleming Hospital. The youth who was riding a scooter somehow hit into an oncoming vehicle. Commandant of the Gendarmerie Sebastien Manzoni said the cause of the accident is still unknown but confirmed that the scooter rider has been seriously injured and was taken to the Louis Constant Fleming Hospital by ambulance.
