PHILIPSBURG:--- The Central Committee will meet in a session on February 10, 2017.
The Central Committee meeting has been set for Friday, February 10, 2017 at 10.00 hrs. in the General Assembly Chamber of the House at Wilhelminastraat #1 in Philipsburg.
The Minister of Justice will be present.
The agenda points are:
1. Draft national Ordinance establishing general rules for the administrative enforcement of law (Ordinance administrative enforcement)
2. Discussion on the request from the Committee of Kingdom Relations of the Second Chamber for an official reaction from Parliament of Sint Maarten in the advice of the Kingdom Council of State pertaining to granting the right of initiative to the laws as well as the response of the Minister of Interior Affairs and Kingdom Relations on said advice (IS/427/2016-2017 dated January 25, 2017)
Members of the public are invited to the House of Parliament to attend parliamentary deliberations.
The House of Parliament is located across from the Court House in Philipsburg.
