PHILIPSBURG:--- The Prosecutors Office received another positive result in the Court of First Instance on Wednesday morning. The court condemned Emmanuel York to five years imprisonment for sexually molesting youngsters. The prosecution demanded six years but the court sent York to sit down behind bars for a full five year period since the court considered the case presented by the prosecution proven.
