PHILIPSBURG:--- The President of the Cay Hill Community Council Ms. Angelique Romou informs the Residents of the Cay/Hill/Little Bay District that the location for the Town Hall Meeting scheduled for this Saturday the 4th of February 2023 has changed to the Asha Stevins Hillside Christian School Cay-Hill Campus. The meeting will be from 5 pm to 7pm.
