It sure will be stated natural causes. Nowhere in the world have I heard of dying of natural causes. What is natural causes?. Does no one knows it has to be spercified what the cause was of death, not natural causes. Like e.g. stroke, heart failure, bleeding etc. not natural causes. What is wrong with these doctors here on SXM. Please state what cause the death, as if family members want to attest what was stated by the medical examiner, it can be done. Not natural causes, because no one knows what is called natural causes. State e,g stroke, due to natural causes. Sounds much better, but not natural causes and then full stop ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-). I am no medical doctor but I think I know more than them or the police spokesman who always states natural causes, when they know it is undertimened the cause of death but just to make their work easy it is stated natural causes. Come on, with your natural causes!!! ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-)

    @ What is this???

What is wrong with these doctors here on SXM is that they barely made it through their final medical exam, therefore could not find employment in the Netherlands, therefore moved St. Maarten where they heard from the misfit prosecutors that here money can be made prescribing PARACETAMOL to patients with kidney stones pain. Consultation fee US$60, per patient per 5 minutes, or less. Added value: Big house, Maid cleaning the house full time for a monthly wage of US$150, big car & Status. Nothing compared to Holland where they are just a number pedling a bike to work, if any.

"stroke, heart failure, bleeding etc." IS natural causes, you are right, you are not a medical doctor... OBVIOUSLY !!!

It is just that the term "natural causes" is too vague. Stroke, heart failure, drowning, etc. give a more true cause of death.
