GREAT BAY (DCOMM):--- Last week Minister Plenipotentiary Hon. Mathias S. Voges attended a reception onboard the Dutch War Ship H.M. De Ruyter. The reception was organized by the Royal Dutch Navy and the vessel was docked in the Port of Rotterdam. A number of dignitaries were in attendance.
