Philipsburg: ---On Sunday, during the mid-day hours, a jewel store "Platini Fine Jewelry" located on Front Street was robbed (again) by two men on a motorbike. According to reports two young men on a motor-bike stopped in front of the Jewelry store, the co-rider jumped off the bike first and ran into the store and broke the glass of the display show-case and made away with all the jewellery while the other bandit jumped over the counter and left with a display plate that was hanging on the wall with an assortment of jewels. White and yellow gold chains and necklaces with matching bracelets and other jewelry were among the stolen items. Blood belonging to one of the culprits was found at the scene apparently when smashing the glass display show-casing with a hammer he got cut. After the robbery they escaped on their motor-bike.
