While I am definitely no fan of how Mr. Rollocks conducts his affairs and was not happy that he was "acting" as an advisor to the DP party, I am happy with the statements of the prosecutor.

It seems that certain people, in particular local black people, are out to lynch anything and anyone that is NOT NA supportive. Everyone, besides these arrogant NA commissioners, council members, etc., seems to be criminals in their eyes. If you are local, especially black, and conduct business and make a decent living, those ignorant people have a hatred for you because you don't walk and beg government for everything you want, like they do. They try to link you to everything negative under the sun.

While Mr. R. might have acted wrongly towards his brother, his brother should have also paid him back, out of his own pocket, since it is a fact that Mr. R. has helped all of his younger siblings to get up on their feet. Why should he always have to foot the bills and not be compensated once they are up and running?

Even the Judge seems to understand the situation and therefore advised them to try and settle out of courts. The money should not come from the foundation but at the same time his brother should compensate him for advising him and investing in getting the foundation up and running.

So Mr. R. is right in his claim that he should be reimbursed by his brother. We people have to stop wanting to suck others dry, which is exactly what his brother did and I am sure Mr. R. had asked him for his money back before he took him to courts.

So in this case I find Mr. R. is totally right in his claim. Unfortunately he cannot get it back from the foundation but yes, his "dear, sweet, innocent, no fly mashing" brother owes him. He should be a man and pay him back. It is his money, no matter how and where he got it from. His brother should have thought about that before he took his money.

If Mr. Rollocks brother owes him money, then why is Rolocks paying his brother? Maybe he accumilated the funds illegally and therefore should pay his brother the money he was not allowed to take in the first place. I'm i right?

To 'Good Mr. Prosecutor',
I hope you understood what the prosecutor reportedly said and also NOT said.
For sure he has NOT said that he will rule out a criminal investigation !!!
Smart prosecutors do not necessarily announce publicly IF and WHEN they will issue a warrant.
So, your hero underwear J.R. better sleep with one eye open and with his jockey on.
In the event the prosecutor decides it is the right moment to bring down the sledge hammer on J.R and his co-conspirators, I hope you will still praise him as the 'Good Mr. Prosecutor'.

Before you make comments about your facts please consult with Rollocks brothers, he does not have 1 but 5 of them and I am sure they all differ in opinions. So get your facts straight about Rollocks getting his brothers on their feet. Because FACT is that is FAR from the truth.

Is sarah and the rest of the DP going down with their advisor on this political titanic ?
Or will they realize in time, they better cut away from him not to be implicated in his many 'business' deals ?

@ smart Mr. Prosecutor. The prosecutor also never said that he believed that there were criminals charges involved either. Not a damn thing can come out of this case other than the Judge making a ruling.

@ ?????? Why is he paying his brother? He admitted to collecting the rent which he collected to get back his "rightfullly due" investment he made in the foundation. Being the "bigger man" to admit that it was wrong, MR. R. gave it back but ....... HIS BROTHER NOW BETTER FIND THE MONEY TO PAY HIM BACK ALSO.
